The BAPE x New Balance 57/40 “Green” is one of several colorways of the lifestyle shoe by the legendary streetwear brand and New Balance from the pair’s “Training Camp” collection. The 57/40 in “Green” features signature design details from both brands on the modernized version of the sneaker based on the New Balance 574. The gold mesh upper is contrasted with light and dark green suede overlays. An oversized “N” with BAPE’s green-based First Camo print is found on either side of the shoe. “A BATHING APE” branding appears on the lateral heel of the left shoe while an Ape Head graphic appears on the lateral heel of the right shoe. BAPE’s shark detailing is found on the heel. A stacked gold, black, and white foam midsole completes the design.
